    kriegsmarine glass buttons

    Anyone seen these types of what look to be glass buttons before on any KM items? Where they really for the Thrid Reich?

    They do say "Kriegsmarine" and "19 HGM 42" on the reverse.

    Greetings entasis,

    I purchased 48 of them off of ebay this winter. All marked like yours and all glass. I needed some for a peacoat project and the took paint very nice.
