Looks OK to me - a little pricey for an Admin overcoat IMHO. Nice to see actuall overcoat-sized boards on one of these for a change.

Coat looks real to me. Can not comment on the boards though, as this is not my area of interest.

Try to get pictures of the lining and interior. This looks like a period coat. HV used to be the cheapest insingia to find and restore stripped items before anyone really knew what it was and just called it "paymaster". It could be originally applied as well, as Don noted it is an "overcoat" sized set of boards.
