Looks like a nice (but stripped) Luftwaffe officer's summer tunic

I'm tending to agree with Gene, but a couple things that aren't killers cause me to wonder.

1) Luft white tunics by design had straight pocket flaps (like their blue Tuch/Waffenrock counterparts). This doesn't mean it's thumbs down, just a private purchase design preference.

2) The collar points appear to be canted upwards at a pretty severe angle. If you have this tunic in hand can you lay a pair of collar tabs on them to see if they are oriented correctly?

3) How are the shoulder boards meant to be held in/on? Looks like the shoulder is closed and I don't see any bridles for the slip-on tongue.

4) Does it look like there was ever evidence of stitching above the wearer's right breast pocket for loops to hold a pin-on breast eagle on?? I'd look on the wearer's left sleeve as well (you never know).

Still a nice looking tunic and I hope you can get it looking good again.
