A modified original wrap in gabardine in my opinion, the depot could be WB.
          I like what I see .

I agree with Luca. An original wrap in I believe what they call iron gabardine. That is the wrap I used photos from for what a real barn find looks like. I believe this one is only good for parts or to display on a destroyed tank.

.............or, to keep and see what a real original looks like. Good hard evidence for the future.

                ApathyL,

If you want an example of real one, they are around...they aren'r exactly free, but the aren't SS officer crazy prices. You can still find a complete black Heer wrap for 5K or under. Since you are building an Me109 G-6 I suppose you could buy a stripped wrapper and build your own from original insignia.

Is a fair price in my opinion and not so expensive, with the same money you can buy a real pair of PZ tabs.

The same point of mine Bob but do not forget who never will have an original in good condition.
                        Crazy prices for them nowadays.

I think its only value would be to look inside at binding material, possibly unseen areas of sewing, kind of a cut-away wrapper instead of a firearm or munitions. There are a few buttons and maybe the collar is salvageable?

A good reference for materials and to see how a real modified wrap is made.
