Any tag inside the pocket of the maker? The wool looks that it's foreign made and that is from France IMO. So far I like what I see.

Eagle looks reapplied and is also the version for NCOs, looks like a nice specimen in it's own right though. I suspect the collar patches have been added too, since they show tracks from machine stitching, but it doesn't look like there is any thread in those tracks. Can't see the shoulder boards clearly enough. Tunic itself is of a rather atypical cut, but could be of foreign manufacture as suggested.

The Marksmanship lanyard is an Army version, wouldn't be worn by Luftwaffe personnel and not authorized for officers....the tabs and breast eagle do look replaced (resewn anyway)...ribbon bar is doubtful (WW 1 service but only a Lts. rank....)....Observers badge wouldn't normally be awarded to someone in the Administrative branch...(would need better pictures to know if badge is good)

Alot of potential "problems"....wouldn't jump too quickly on this one....

Great breast eagle, ...from that pic the GWL observer badge looks OK, if you want to know more please provide more pics..
