Hi There,
Original tunic with all replaced insignia, based on these photos (with serious reservations regarding the straps).
Can you read the stampings, as the image is unclear?

I definitely have to agree with Mark; original tunic, replaced insignia and straps are without doubt bad.

The shoulder boards are IMO absolute fakes. The collars, eagle, ect. of course totally put together, and for shure not a put together from a tailor with knowledge!!

I like the tunic but I NEVER saw strange pockets like on this tunic. Very strange!!
