uboat insignia/cloth badge

Hello, I received this in a lot of WWII items and most were original. However, this is one cloth badge I have never seen and can't find it in any books. Is there a badge that looks like this cloth badge and can someone tell me if this is original or fantasy? Thanks for your time.
