Breast eagle: general or Kriegsmarine??

I have no doubt about if original or not. It´s a nice period one, but
Is it from a general of Heer or from a KM officer?
As you can see in the picture, it´s embroided in gold on a black fabrik (I´d swear it´s black)
Most of you have more experience than me on this kind of insignia. What do you think?

Greg,
It is most likely KM, although a long shot would be use by a Heer General on a black wrapper. The normal General background is green.

I agree, this is a very nice KM officer's embroidered eagle.

KM officers came on dark blue and the base wool ranged all the way to black.
