Transition Heer Breast Eagle

Greetings All,

A friend of mine from Denmark let me post these images of a rare,IMHO, transition Heer breast eagle. It is a second pattern eagle in first pattern colors. I have never seen one before

That is an interesting eagle. I once saw a box of "probe" insignia at a German show in Frankfurt and stupidly did not buy it. There were many different variations of both bevo eagles and EM tabs I have never seen again.

I am not surprised it exists because the regulations tell about the colour not the construction but the first one I see and I really like it

That is a great transitional eagle, looks like the color change didn't catch up to the pattern change.
