The Pepsi looking logo patches are American sleeve patches, many American items here. I also see US civil air patrol related pieces. I recommend to repost these in American section for further ID!
The rail road button with "S" =German for strassenbahn = light rail or tram/trolley municipal transportation.

thanks for the info, wasn't sure where to post due to the difference in items in the groupings. This isn't all of the items either, I thought I would post a few to get your guys thoughts.

All look OK to me . I have both of the CAP pieces, ones for the hat, the other for the tunic. Both are sterling raised marks. Nice score. CAP is becoming more collectible all the time.

The oval US patch is a theater patch for the European Theater of Operations (Advance Base). It combines the "flower thingy" with blue star of the Army Service Forces with the lightning and broken chain of the E.T.O.
