KM Tunic opinions please

This is for sale on another forum. Seller states eagle is probably replaced as it is sewn through lining. May I have opinions on this please? I am thinking of buying it. Thank you guys in advance.

Standard jacket. Looks OK to me. Missing sleeve insignia.
