Although the notation is not the same version as one would suspect, this makes me think of the "Berlin" depot, as the sizes are separated by means of a horizontal line. This separation was typical to items that were processed by the Berlin depot... -

I'm posting this for a friend and it is the only photo I have. It is on the liner of a green wrapper cut in the army style, but, I'm told, of a different fabric than that seen normally. I haven't seen it.
