m40 jacked

i have the jacked in my collection now and it is an original
made by reitz from antwerp
it has the big white [now a little yellowed] makers mark in it this is the 6 corner
stamp

Looks like a nicely tailored combat tunic!

The tunic is real, the eagle is fake cannot tell on the tabs but I would suspect also post War. The rank insignia IMO also looks to be added post War. Cannot tell if the loops are period.

Good eye! You are right, the eagle is a fake. I only glanced at it. the tunic itself is real.

the guy i bought the jacked from has bought it from the original owner
[now insigna`s were on it] so he added them on the jacked

maybe its me but the eagle is just fine only crappy pictures
i would love to post betterone`s but cant post them

the gefreiter is also a good one but latter added
and the litzen are the good material but also latter added

sorry for my english and it`s my first original jacked [i am 18]
the shoulderboards are comming in this week the deal was no boards [i have return garantee] so if its crap i have a original set of infanterie insignas whit italian eagle so i juse those

It is a jacket made by the Reitz factory in Wuppertal, Germany.
The Antwerp made jackets all had the E.Reitz maker stamp.
