I got this photo with a pile of others. Can anyone tell me what is on his shoulder boards? I thought maybe NCO school or armoured school? But the IX looks like recruiter
Also his collar tabs, i'm unsure of. Are these admin?

Any thoughts on this picture?

Sometimes people confuse these unterfuhrerschule collar tab insignia with Heeres Verwaltung!
Here's an interesting Administrative NCO. Note early Weimar era lighter green cap band.
Its still a wartime picture, note issuance of EK2!
