Help needed on 2 M40 trousers

I have the oppertunity to buy two M40 trousers. Both are stamped with Kriegsmarine markings. One trouser has the stamping BAW 43 and the other BAW 40. So, it seems these trousers where used by soldiers of the coastal artillery.

I wonder if someone can help me out with this trousers. I want to be sure they are original and not messed with. I am looking forward to replies. Opinions are highly appreciated. If more photos are needed to form an opinion just let me know!

I think both pairs are nice worn originals! I don't see any issues, besides some replaced buttons, watch fob ring, etc...Nice.
