I just got in a single Lt. Col.'s shoulder board, matte-grey w/black underlay, one gold pip; it's odd in that the 'loop' @ the top for the button isn't separate; it's the same construction as on a Co. Grade Offzr.'s board. The rounded upper black part of the underlay goes all the way up (the top 'loop' part is sewn to the rounded black end & not separate). ?? First one I've even seen like it, that I can recall. Has anybody ever seen this type of Field Grade Offzr.'s board??
