Assist in identifyng boards and waffenfarbe

I would appreciate the forum members help in discussing these two items and possible PM or email providing me current market value for documentation purposes. Not being a uniform or cloth collector I thought I would ask the experts.


The first is another uniform piece brought back by my Dad and part of the many I am identifying. I believe this is the collar tab to be worn on the Black Panzer wrap? Would this be an accurate statement? Also, as there is oxidation to the skull should this be removed with a soft toothbush type utensile or is there a better way to remove?
