Big LW breast eagle for Officers coat

Hi all,

Iam looking for opinions about this eagle. It is supposed to be worn on the LW officers coat or cape. It is much bigger then the common LW breast eagle.
If that piece is legit, what would be an asking price for that one ? Unfortunatly I didnt found anything to compare. It is out of a grouping with some LW officers collar patches and shoulder boards.
