LW Droop Tail Cloth - Good or No?

Received in trade lot, this drrop tail is somewhat tatty (but not too bad) - looks to have been sewn, does not glow under black light.

Cloth is not my area (my area is crossing my fingers!!)

#1 Any ideas as to genuine?

#2 Any idea as to value??

#3 If genuine, will be selling.

i can,t tell wat the value is but maybe another member can

Thank you for your response. Got a PM from another member who also says the piece is genuine, value approximately $100.
It is sold before placing on e-stand (with e-stand guarantees).
