    M44 Luft and Luftgrey wrapper-uniform

I once saw a Luft grey M44 blouse on a militaria fair.It looked very suspicious to me.
Now I wonder if these M44 Luft-grey uniforms really had ever existed.

The same for the Luft Grey Pz wrappers; Some books make references to the existence as they refer to photographic material. I'm sorry, but
I can't make the difference between an Army-grey colored and a Luft Grey one on a black-and-white photo.
And what about the uniform style; should this be Army of W-SS cut ?

    Any-one can help ?

    Hello,

The Luftwaffe did issue their own panzer and assault gun uniforms. The pants are distinctly different and the assault gun wrappers are in a unique slate-grey colour. See Bob Edwards and Mike Pruett's work: "Field Uniforms of Germany's Panzer Elite". They have some excellent period and post war images of LW panzer uniforms.

The Luftwaffe did make M44 tunics in both blue-gray and in field gray. They are very hard to find. More likely they were for Field Divisions or HG. Seems like many odd Luftwaffe uniforms appeared near the end of the war.
