GOLD ARMY EAGLE SHOULDER BOARD or BAYONET HANDLE.

Can any one help me identify this eagle and if in fact it's for a shoulder board, what board is it for?

There's one here posted by Paul.

Notice the different direction the eagle head is facing.
I'd like to say the one John posted might be for a political group while the one by Paul is most likely a Werhmacht Eagle for a plaque.
