New Tunic

Hi,
my 'new' tunic arrived today a Dienstrock in better condition than I had hoped for. Will be some time before I get anymore.Has no stamps, tailor tag etc, buttons are marked and dagger hanger is marked.Insignia appears original.Only drawback is the size small to medium.

It look nice. Had you blacklight the thread used on the collar patches?Those transitional tunics in pioneer waffenfarbe are very rare.

thanks for that information I will check out the insignia with a blacklight. The tunic comes from Germany and the seller is not a militaria dealer so I dont think he would have 'played' with it but is possible someone before him did.
