Snagged these at a garage sale, nice quality hand sewn, pips prongs dont go through the board, does not blacklight,,,not SS,,,opinions? Junk?

Very nice!

Like stated above, these tabs are definately Luftwaffe. This waffenfarbe was shared by two careers:

1. RLM(Luftwaffe Headquarters Staff)
2. Pioneer/Bautruppen

This is one of the less common waffenfarbe. Nice find!
