"Perhaps some might like to see the exterior of the jacket having the "S" marking?

The jacket is quite nondescript to look at, some might say "an ugly duckling" next to some others, yet quite an uncommon item. Being produced by an Austrian "contractor" it exhibits some atypical construction features compared to its German manufactured "counterparts," which you will forgive my not going into detail about."

Hi Jim,
Not sure of the correlation, mine is 100% original and there is no paper tag. Came from a collection from the 1970s that was being broken up. Check the details though, they are telltale. There were many small features not on the repro (ie-forgeries).
