I am wondering what a good price for this would be as I would like to put it on E Stand.

I am trying to find information as to when we offiicially begin to see the POA sleeve patches, special collar and shoulder tabs being worn. Also, being new to this topic, were the special POA insignia only worn by official units or did volunteers serving as auxileries in regular Heer units where them as well? I always thought the later would wear regular heer uniforms or the same with all insiginia removed and the additions of the Wehrmacht armbands. Any data on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
