Wehrmacht / SS shoulderboards ?

Any comments on these, look like army or's with an addition of SS litzen and what looks like 'stitched guns' instead of the P for panzerjager.

I may be mistaken but I believe this variant of tress was generic and not just for SS insignia.

Chris, i'm not 100% sure either ,but i thought this type was SS
