The photos leave a lot to be desired, but I cannot see anything glaringly wrong with it. At least the type and size of the bullion, for the lettering, is correct. It was probably laundered and folded open flat, which I have seen before. Of course, without a hands on comparison, you never really know.

Attached is the type in Sutterlein script demonstrating the same type of aluminum bullion.
