hi, is this a genuine wehr jacket for the hj,the cloth diamond looks ok but im not so sure the tinny is genuine.what are these wraps called.thanks simon

Hi Simon, the jacket is not a regulation HJ item. Most HJ uniform items will have an oil cloth RZM label. I would say this is a civvy item.
The sleeve insignia is that of the BDM (the female section of the HJ). But the jacket closes male fashion.
Wear of non regulation items are not unknown within the HJ, but tend to be from the earlier period of the organisations history.
The tinnie looks OK from here, but a better pic, front and reverse will confirm.

Angolia calls a jacket quite a bit like the one in your picture an "HJ variant pattern ski jacket." The HJ, Volume 1, page 257. The one in your picture would normally be for a male with buttons on the right side. Angolia's picture is of a BDM version.
That sleeve diamond was common for use by BDM members, but male members wore it as well. See one being worn by a male member on page 256 of Angolia's book. I have seen other pictures of male HJ members wearing that sleeve diamond.
