Armband ?

I have this Armband and have been told it is a flak armband but in a book I have it is described as officers traing school, in the same book it does show an armband with the luft eagle and is said to be a flak armband but is the same in every way any comments please.

Hi Peter,
this A/B is for the `Deputy air defence leader of the army` these guys i belive (along with the L/W equivelent) worked with the Luftschutz in air defence capacity of a locality or city.
Thats my understanding i am sure others will add.
