Late war panzer tunic with piping sewn to collar to replicate collar tabs. Collar skulls applied directly to collar, inside piping. This was purchased from a vet from the north side of Chicago.

OK, Jim, I decided to post the pic of my Heer wrappers. The 2 on either side are signals, 2 panzer and one PanzerJaeger officer.

I have a question though about the Uniforms in the background...do you always keep them covered in Plastic? I was just wondering this from a proper storage background, is this something we all should do? No moisture buildup? Dust prevention, what?

Hello Fran,

The bags are special garment bags for long time storeage of wedding dresses, etc. Supposedly they do not emit acidic fumes. Moisture is a moot point in the desert where we live with 7 % humidity. Very dry here and a humidifier is useful during the winter months. We only get rain, 6 to 8 inches annually, during August and early September.

The bags and glass cases are primarily for dust control.

Where I live and particularly in my house, humidity would be an issue w/these. I run my dehumidifier year round. Dust is my second problem.
