Original.HG panzer collar tab. But I think may have been one of the unfinished ones that someone tried to finish off on their own.

Thanks for chiming in Jerry. I wasn't sure if they were good or not because of the puffy appearance and not being quite squared off. A picture post by willi a few years back obviously the gulls don't belong

Yes single tabs were found. also unfinished. I bought some, let me see if I kept any. They needed to be heated up and ironed, that is why this one is not quite got the shape. Someone finished it off in an amateurish way.
