M36 NCO´s summer field tunic opinions on markings

Recently I acquired a relatively large collection of documents and some equipment. Paperwork is normally what I collect, but this time I took the whole lot since it was cheap enough.

The tunic is in bad shape and somebody did a very poor job on the ´restoration´. Some of the repairs )the better looking ones) had been done after the war, when it was re-used, but the most ugly repairs are fairly recent.
On the Sommerfeldbluse you can also still recognize the discoloration of the collar tabs and the breast eagle.

At first I was not really concerned about the originality of the jacket, but the markings are the thing that concern me the most. I spotted those when the lot came in. Everything marked SS raises a red flag for me. Since I´m definitely not an expert on tunics and Sommerfeldbluse, I´m curious about your opinions on the jacket and the markings. At this moment I´m assuming the SS markings are fake and done after the war.
