If you are looking to buy it, don't. Original officer's belt, but someone trimmed the end of it (the end without the buckle.) Go for an unmolested belt.

Apparently a coating of brown paint was applied which can be seen on the back of the buckle as well as the color of the stitching. I would not bother with this belt as you can find better looking ones.
