IMO a ~$2K+ flag, based on rarity.

    Hello hcliffe:
IMO, a very rare naval format version of the

Flag of the Commander-in-Chief of the Army 1935-
    1941 (
    Flagge des Oberbefehlshaber des Heeres).
    FOTW says - "
In 1941 Hitler made himself Commander
-in-Chief of the Army, in the wake of the Soviet winter
counteroffensive which resulted, among other things,
in the dismissal of the previous Commander-in-Chief,
Field Marshal von Brauchitsch. Thus the above flag
became redundant at that time — though technically,
I suppose, Hitler would have been entitled to use it.
    "

IC-OdH flag was likely never used by Hitler, as period
photos show his preference for the 4 eagle C-In-C of
        Armed Forces (
        Oberster Befehlshaber der Wehrmacht).

From previously on the WAF ...

(below) As cited chart sold on WAF e-stand.
Besides the RKF & vet flags, actually having
any of these flags is IMO a major acquisition,
with some even being impossible (Navy Inf.)
