National Flag with a weird shape? Fake..real?

Hello all,

I picked this flag up and i noticed once I laid it out that the flag has a weird shape to it. It looks like one of the edges is oddly shaped. I know there was a lot of these made at different times and places but I would like some opinions on this flag. Thanks!

Oh I should have mentioned they the flag is double sided and looks the same on the other side. The swaz is printed (?) on the white circle that is sewn onto the red flag.

i have a flag of almost identical construction with an unusually small white swastika...the cord or rope through one end with small clips seems typical of cheap/privately made podium or house banners
