    DJ Schlageter Wimple

    I would like to share with you all a recent purchase and hopefully learn a little more about this unique wimple. I understand the short history on Albert Leo Schlageter but have not been able to find anything other than a sentence here and there. The best information I have found is that it is from around 1932-33 and would have been used at an event as a non-standard wimple. Unfortunately there is no more that I can really say specifically about this unique item. Would there be anyone in the group that would be able to provide some information about this particular wimple and it's use? Any and all information would be greatly appreciate.

      Interesting flag that I've never seen before,
      so thanks for the look. Wondering if the CP
      area lettering is chain stitched? Just curious.
