Hello Dikeman:
Interesting looking desk top pennant.
Appears to be stencil painted as done
on funeral bow streamers, but in this
case with IMO oddly narrow SS bolts.

Again very interesting. I always like seeing flags
shown in period photos. Is there a wider view of
the cited source photo showing the SS bolt ttb?
