Actually, the blue color does not signify NSKK--this flag (and tag) would be used by the SA, NSDAP, NSKK, or other organization falling under RZM guidelines. The SS did use black printing, and the HJ usually red, but I've seen SA material with red labels and HJ with black.
This car flag would most likely have been used by the NSDAP or SA or NSKK. It's a beautiful piece, and hard to find with the leather cover still in good condition. I would agree that the value would be around $500-600.00
