I am being offered this podium banner by a local man. This is the best pic I have for now but I will hopefully have more soon. And idea on value would be appreciated as well as I do not know what to offer the guy.

IMO worth ~$200, maybe more if the toes are included.

Here are better pictures of the banner that I now own. It is multi piece construction with no nips or tears. Its nice with cotton tassels!
