Why do you think it to be late war?
Likely IMO pre-WW2 to maybe 1943
when "Total War" declaration curtailed
non-war essential production items.

I have seen other NSDAP podium banners to the same scale, that had a much more 'luxurious' look to them. Thats what made me think late war. There seems to be a big price gap between them as well!
