Appears vintage by size and material look, but hard to
say just how old as these were also used in 3rd Reich.

Hello again:
I don't see anything in your email photos that would
change my previous post #2 comment about this BWR
banner. I do note that the header seems to be a folded
over and sewn down flap, so I doubt that it is was ever
flag pole flown, thus maybe a lower value wall decoration.
