Does anyone have a complete list of RZM codes/manufacturers for M3 I have a flag with rings that are marked M3/40/38 so I was wondering who the manufacturer was.

According to my notes M3/40 is „Gebrüder Cosack“ (Cosack Brothers) from the city of „Neheim“

I fully agree with Ingo: The RZM license code M3/40/38 indicates a piece produced by the firm of Gebrüder Cosack of Neheim, a municipality in Westphalia. The "38" portion of the code indicates that the piece in question was produced in 1938.
