Opinions Please on two Broom Handle Mausers

Hello Everyone,
Fire arms are not my area of expertise. There are two broom handle Mausers going up for auction in my area. There will be a viewing 2 days prior. Please take a look and let me know what you think. I would also appreciated any advice on what to look for when I inspect the weapons. Most importantly, I would like opinions on a fair price since I have no idea of how much they sell for.
The first Mauser has a mechanical defect and cannot fire. However I believe it will display nicely. Below are the descriptions provided by the auction house. The non-firing Mauser is the one shown with the leather on the stock.
Thank you all in advance!
Mauser 1

Only the second example (aparently matching and with its original finish) is a collectable gun. Seems to be a transitional gun from the Prewar Standard Commercial type (as it lacks the "Neue Sichering" safety) to the Wartime Commercial type. If confirmed that the rear sight is also matching i would bet around 1,500 - 2,000 for this one.
The one with the leather harness attached to the holsters is - as described - a shooter, and only if you are able to fix it. So my bet is 600-800.
This is based on what I have seen in online auctions, but as I don't live in US, I might be wrong.
