Box of cartridges unknown

Hello,
I found this box in Normandy side of Carantan, but I do not know this box.
The cartridges are German (lutfwaffe training)
Markings cartridge 16/37 / P / IId1
The box will be Romanian.

J'ai trouvé cette boite en Normandie au coté de Carantan,mais je ne connais pas cette boite.
Les cartouches sont bien allemandes (lutfwaffe entrainement)
Marquages cartouche 16/37/P/IId1
La boite serai Roumaine.
