No external markings is correct for dou rifles.
Very early G24t made by dou in 41/42 had external stock acceptance and serial number. But in 42 they went to k98k production, and they lacked external markings. Dou stocks will still be numbered in the barrel channel, and usually include the serial suffix. And other traits are a "thick" wrist, thicker then normal k98k and thu frequently have a "B" stamped in the sling cutout.
