Hello,
hope somebody of can help me to identify a holster.
I purchased 2 days ago here in eastern-europe a holster. The seller sayd it's a german WWII, but hasn't had any idea what kind and for what weapon.
A search on the net gave me some clues what it could be, but only clues because there is no stamp on it.
It can be seen that there was a weapon quite some time in it.
The weapon let clearly visible marking inside the holster.
Seems it was from the size of the holster for a P08 or P38.
About the markings it looks more like it was used for a P38.
I purchased it for a pretty low price for reenactment, but after i received it and took a closer look i decided maybe better 1st to verify if it's real.
Cause then more lokely would sell it then using it for reenactment.
Can anyone enlighten me ?
Any onformation would be appreciated, cause i payd so less that it wouldn't be a disapointment when it's nothing really german WWII.
Thanks
Robert
