    Question on ammo

    Can anyone help with ID on this Waffenampt -- WaA587. Info on other stamps appreciated. Calibre?? Etc.

    Ronnie, I think it is a round for the pzb38 or 39.. Show the length of the ctg. BILL

      Aaah Bill, as usual, you can't be fooled!! Somehow I knew you'd be right on top of this'n.

      So, look at this, and you will see why I can't really tell you the length of the ctg.
      Then there is the question, what would some of this "trench art" be worth?

      They are truely "shot glasses"!!

        Ronnie they are 20m/m made into shot glasses.. the original round was for a 20 m/m flak 38 AA gun.. No idea of worth, I have a few myself...BILL

            As for value, well nothing to an ordnance collector As for 'Trench art' value, I have no idea- that kind of thing is far too fluid and subjective I'd think.
