de deactivation in Belgium is changing from year to year !
sometimes you even can't see it on the outside ,sometimes they almost cut it in half by figure of speaking .
but that is the way it is ,so we have to accept it ,in the Netherlands it is even worse ,there you only can own a deact k98 !!!! all the rest is forbidden .
