The top pouches appears to be g/k43 mag pouches. Could be post war or late war. Holster kinda looks like a Radom Pistol holster. Could be post war.

The holster is very small, smaller than a PPk holster, so it is definite not a radom holster.

Isn't the ammo pouch Italian?
Those clip buttons on the holster, with flower decoration, aren't they the same like on some German canteen covers?
