For those of us who take out our antique firearms and hunt with them, I was given a clue from an old vet who instructed me, when you are nervous, or short on breath, hold above the target, and gradually,slowly,,, bring down the crosshairs to you target,holding your breath, till you are on the target, then squeeze the trigger immedeatly, something about to much time to concentrate and constantly correcting, leads to misses,,,this works for me, but I am sure there are other methods out there.........
